The problem

One trip.
Eight apps.
Zero memory.

A group trip in India today lives in booking apps, group chats, notes, screenshots and email, and none of them talk to each other. Plans get lost, tickets go missing, money gets awkward, and when the trip ends there is nothing left to look back on.

The tools are fragmented. The traveller is not.

What we’re building

One companion for the trip. Before, during and after.

Lets Chale brings the five things every trip runs on into one place, for travellers aged 18 to 35 who plan on their phones and travel in groups. We are keeping the details for launch. This is the shape of it.

The road so far

Two years on the idea.
Then we started building.

    The idea, on the road

    It began as a note on a phone, somewhere between two trains. The same problems kept showing up on every trip, so we started writing them down.

  2. 2024 – 2025

    Living the problem

    For two years the idea travelled with us. Every trip added to the list of things that should simply work, and sharpened what Lets Chale needed to be.

  3. 2026

    We start building

    Sketches became software, and Lets Chale became a real app for iOS and Android.

  4. September 2026

    First public pitch

    Lets Chale is shown outside the team for the first time, at a founders’ meetup in Kurnool.

    Private beta

    A closed beta with a small group of travellers who take real trips.

The founder

I didn’t research this product. I lived it.

I’m Raj. I have travelled from Kerala to Ladakh, from Spiti to Darma Valley, and on to Thailand and Malaysia. On every one of those trips I hit the same broken handoffs: plans in screenshots, tickets in email, money in someone’s notes app. Every part of Lets Chale began as a problem I ran into on one of those roads.
